从小养成良好的饮食习惯
我是一个挑食的男孩。记得有一天中午吃饭时,我往餐桌边一坐,看了看桌上的菜,就开始皱起眉头,把筷子一放,便大吵大嚷起来:“怎么又吃鱼呀?我不吃!我不吃!”妈妈耐心地对我说:“鱼是很有营养的,吃了对身体有好处。”我还是不听:“我就是不想吃,我就是不想吃。反正我也不饿。”妈妈生气了,说:“不想吃就不要吃饭了,想吃的时候自己来吃。”我听了如获大赦,暗自高兴,赶紧逃走了。谁知到了下午,刚上第二节课,我的肚子就开始“咕咕”叫起来。到了放学的时候,连书包都没力气背了。
晚上,妈妈下班回家,看到我正狼吞虎咽地吃着晚饭,笑了起来:“叫你中午不吃饭,饿坏了吧。”等我吃完晚饭,妈妈把我叫到房间,递给我一本《家庭医生》,说:“这书里面有几篇关于挑食的文章,自己好好看看吧。”我连忙打开书仔细看了起来,真是不看不知道,一看吓一跳,原来挑食有这么多害处呀。
不吃胡萝卜,人们会缺乏“vc”和“胡萝卜素”,抵抗力下降,就会经常感冒生病。长期不吃水果蔬菜会导致缺铁性贫血,体内缺少维生素,那么头发就会干枯稀少,会造成口腔溃疡,甚至会造成记忆力减退,情绪低落,严重的还会影响儿童的生长发育,使儿童大脑发育不良。
看完这几篇文章,我真是惊出了一身冷汗,怪不得爷爷奶奶爸爸妈妈平时总是不厌其烦苦口婆心地教育我不能挑食,要什么都吃,身体才好,个子才能长高,可我总不当回事,认为我不也长得很好嘛,原来这里面有这么多学问啊。看来,以后我一定要改邪归正,好好吃饭,多吃蔬菜水果,鸡鸭鱼肉,把我以前缺的全部补起来,做一个不挑食的好孩子。

我的饮食(my diet) hello, boys and girls. i'm ni xiaoxiao. i am fourteen years old. i am a student at dongzhou middle school. i am very busy. i think i need lots of energy every day, because i like playing football. i must have healthy meals every day. i like bread and milk very much. i have them for breakfast. they give me energy and they are very healthy. this meal helps me start the day. i love hamburgers, but i don't eat them anymore. i eat rice with fish, and vegetables and i often eat an apple for lunch. i like apples best. they are good for me. this meal gives me energy for the afternoon and for playing football later. for dinner, i often have soup, meat, and vegetables. i like vegetables best, because i need lots of vitamins to stay healthy. i also drink lots of water every day. it's very important for me. there are not any calories in water. i can drink it without getting fat. i think my new diet is very good. how do you like it?
