早上吃的好是说早餐是最重要的一餐,品种要多而杂.如:牛奶,燕麦,面包,蛋类外加一个水果或一杯果汁,粥,米饭,菜,肉类,蛋类加水果,另外,面条,馄饨,黑芝麻糊等都是营养易消化的食物,早餐吃最好.另注,喝牛奶后要隔半个小时在吃橘子.
中午要吃的饱是因为劳累了一上午,而下午还要继续,因此,中餐一定要吃饱.在吃中餐前半个小时最好吃一个苹果.
晚餐要吃的少主要是晚餐过后,基本不运动,长时间如此,身体会生病,而且如果要节食减肥,最好的就是节晚餐.可以少吃点,或以水果代替.就餐前先喝汤类或者粥类,产生腹涨感,吃的就会少.
饮食习惯不同怎么解决?
如果有特殊习惯或比较挑剔的,可以自己准备一些备用食品。到了那里其实只有你迁就它;但也不能挨饿。
个人认为,如果出去旅游,当然有很多事情以自己居住的城市不一样,饮食也不例外,不远千里至此,就是为了体验不同的风俗与习惯,勇于尝试和接受,才能使旅游充满乐趣。
